I've been talking to a friend of mine this evening about photography, what kinda pics he likes etc and it has reinspired me to take photos again. NOT that i havn't taken any in the past year, but i mean the experimental, really arty stuff that i love doing.
I know now that A) i'm not good enough to make a living out of it and B) I dont think i'd want to.
I couldn't handle having a photographic studio taking peoples naff portraits trying to make ugly ppl moderately attractive OR doing weddings etc. Even though it is where the money is at it's just not the kinda photography I'm into. I did discuss (a while ago now) doing an exhibition/going into partnership with one of my relatives (*cough* Charlotte) but it was only chit chat, nice idea, 1/2 the costs, 1/2 the risk, that kinda thing. It would be nice to share creativity, bounce ideas off each other. Anyway whatever i decide to do, my interest in photography has been rekindled so watch this space!!!
